FIELD: operative gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative gynecology. The excision of the fibrous tissue of the subendometrial layer of the uterus is performed using hysteroresectoscopy, in which the excision of the fibrous tissue is carried out in the area of the anatomically normal uterine cavity between the orifices of the fallopian tubes with a depth of 3-4 mm and a width of 20-25 cm.
EFFECT: method allows restoring reproductive function in patients suffering from recurrent miscarriage and improving the results of conception during in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer into the uterine cavity.
