FIELD: waste processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of disposal of non-combustible toxic waste with high ash content. The device for glazing toxic waste with high ash content by high-temperature treatment method contains a melting chamber in which an opening is made for the selection and supply of hot exhaust process gases to the heat recovery system, one or more loading windows and a hole for draining the ash melt located at the bottom of the melting chamber, a mechanism for metered loading of waste pellets into the melting chamber connected to it through a loading window, heating devices, a heat recovery system. The device additionally contains a device for processing spherical pellets from waste. The loading windows are made in the wall of the melting chamber, under each loading window there is an inclined plane at an angle from 15° to 60° from the end wall, made of refractory materials. Holes for heating devices are located in the side and end walls of the melting chamber along the melt above the loading window of waste pellets. The melting chamber is connected to the first inlet of the heat recovery system through an opening for the selection and supply of hot exhaust process gases, the first outlet of which, intended for the supply of heated air, is connected to the melting chamber, the second outlet is designed for the exhaust process gases after cooling, the second inlet of the heat recovery system is designed to supply air to the system.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of waste processing, a reduction in energy consumption for obtaining glazed material.
