SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a filler with hyaluronic acid. Filler with a hyaluronic acid hydrogel contains hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, has a complex viscosity of 6×104 cPa or more with an angular velocity of 1 Hz, exhibits an elastic deformation retention module of 400 PA or more, has a cohesion of 30 wt.g. or more, wherein the hyaluronic acid or salt thereof are cross-linked, wherein the cross-linked hyaluronic acid is cross-linked using a hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof with a molecular weight of 2,500,000 Da or more, wherein the ratio of the number of moles of the cross-linked cross-linking agent/number of moles of all cross-linking agent is from 0.1 to 0.2, and wherein the filler has properties and one-phase and two-phase fillers. Also disclosed are another variant of the filler for fighting wrinkles, method for production thereof, a filled syringe, a biomaterial for increasing soft tissue.
