SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a filler with a hyaluronic acid hydrogel. Filler contains a hyaluronic acid hydrogel wherein the value of the parameter of filling properties is 0.6 or more, where the hyaluronic acid % wt./wt. cross-linked hyaluronic acid produced by cross-linking a hyaluronic acid with an average molecular weight from 2,000,000 Da to 4,000,000 Da, or a salt thereof, by a cross-linking agent at a concentration of 1 to 10% mol. relative to a mole of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and D-glucuronic acid in the hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof. Also disclosed are a filled syringe, a biomaterial for regenerating tissue, a method for regenerating tissue, and a method for reducing wrinkles.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved properties of high viscoelasticity, low mobility on injection into the skin, while maintaining the shape.
