SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a filler with hyaluronic acid. The filler with a hyaluronic acid hydrogel contains hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, demonstrates the lifting ability from 12,000 to 44,000 Pa*gf when measured by a rheometer and the injection force from 15 to 25 N when measured by a tension meter, has an average diameter of cross-linked hyaluronic acid particles from 300 to 400 mcm, wherein the hyaluronic acid or salt thereof is cross-linked, using hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof with a molecular weight of 2,500,000 Da or more, has a modification level = the total number of mols of the cross-linking agent/the total number of mols of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, from 0.03 to 0.05, wherein the cross-linking ratio = the number of mols of the cross-linking agent/the number of mols of the total cross-linking agent, from 0.1 to 0.2, wherein the filler has properties of both one-phase and two-phase fillers. Also disclosed is another variant of the filler, a method for producing the filler, a filled syringe, a biomaterial for enhancing soft tissue, an application of the filler in production of a reagent or an apparatus for enhancing soft tissue or for preventing wrinkles.
