FIELD: chemistry; cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to chemistry and cosmetology, namely, to a hydrogel of cross-linked hyaluronic acid for preparing a filler for injection into soft tissues; to a method of producing a hydrogel; to a filler for injection into soft tissues containing said hydrogel; to a method of producing a filler; as well as to a method for improving wrinkle skin, a method for restoring soft tissue volume, a method for increasing soft tissue volume and a method for contour plasty, according to which said filler is injected. Disclosed hydrogel contains hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, which are cross-linked using a cross-linking agent and a polyol, where the hyaluronic acid salt is selected from sodium hyaluronate, potassium hyaluronate, calcium hyaluronate, magnesium hyaluronate, zinc hyaluronate, cobalt hyaluronate and tetrabutylammonium hyaluronate; cross-linking agent is butanediol diglycidyl ether; polyol is one or more polyols selected from sorbitol, mannitol and xylitol.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides increased resistance of the hydrogel to the action of hyaluronidase, reactive forms of oxygen in the body and storage temperature, improved stability of the filler and reduced toxicity thereof during storage.
