METHOD FOR REDUCING THE CONTRIBUTION OF TECHNICAL FACTORS TO THE TOTAL SIGNAL OF MASS SPECTROMETRY DATA BY MEANS OF FILTRATION BY TECHNICAL SAMPLES Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G16H10/40 G01N30/72

Abstract RU 2769618 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: proposed is a computer-implemented method for removing lipid traits with a weak signal. Technical samples without a biological signal and biological samples with a biological signal are obtained. The above samples are compared using a computing apparatus, wherein a threshold of 0.5 is set in a logarithmic scale with a base of two, between the mean values in the technical and biological samples. If at least one lipid trait has a less than 0.5 difference between the mean value in the biological samples and in the technical samples, said lipid trait is removed from the data.

EFFECT: invention reduces the influence of technical factors in the data of liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry by removing lipid traits with a weak signal.
