FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petroleum and gas industry, in particular, to construction of earthen pits accompanying drilling works on permafrost and seasonally frozen soils. In order to solve the stated task, a layer of an anti-filtration screen, a heat insulation layer of expanded vermiculite with a reduced compression coefficient, a layer of a heat-resistant load-distributing material laid in a levelling layer with slabs of heat-resistant concrete laid on top, are used in the construction of a pit. Slabs of a heat-resistant concrete are located on the inner slopes of the pit, and, if necessary, an additional layer of fire-retardant blocks serving as protective armour in the area of critical temperatures from the horizontal flare is arranged on the horizontal surface of the pit.
EFFECT: creation of a method for constructing a pit for a horizontal flare, preventing the thawing of the soil, ensuring the durability of the structure in work under conditions of alternating freezing and heating, and ensuring the safety of all elements of the pit under the impact of the flame of the flare.
