FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to dressings, as well as to the field of cosmetology. The antiseptic product consists of a fabric base with a coating deposited on it by magnetron sputtering. At the same time, the base is made of a hygroscopic fabric based on viscose and polyethylene terephthalate with a developed surface, which is a combination of a polymer mesh and viscose thermally bonded fiber, and the coating is silver nanoparticles deposited in the presence of a reactive gas with ion assisted by an inert gas.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the wettability of the product and, as a consequence, an increase in its antiseptic properties.
