SUBSTANCE: invention relates to issuing a notification from an electronic apparatus. For this purpose, status information indicating whether at least one wearable apparatus is in use is received from at least one wearable apparatus. In response to the occurrence of a notification event for issuing a notification to an electronic apparatus, it is determined whether a notification request corresponding to the notification needs to be sent to at least one wearable apparatus, based on the status information indicating that the wearable apparatus is in use. In response to the determined need to send a notification request to at least one wearable apparatus, based on the status information indicating that at least one wearable apparatus is in use, the sending of a notification request to at least one wearable apparatus is controlled. If at least one wearable apparatus therein is currently in a mode in which a notification is not issued to the user, the notification corresponding to the notification request is prevented from being issued to the user on at least one wearable apparatus.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of determining the status of a wearable apparatus.
