FIELD: rocket engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rocket engine technology and can be used in testing pumping systems for supplying powdered metal to the combustion chamber of a liquid-propellant rocket engine. The bench contains housing equipment, process tanks, a fuel supply system to the combustion chamber and a control system for testing and parameter control processes. The bench is equipped with a gel fuel supply system with a powdered metal additive with a gel fuel viscosity regulator installed in front of the pumping unit. The viscosity regulator contains an activator using a rotating electromagnetic field acting on the fuel. The consumable and storage process tanks are cylindrical, identical in size, shape and interchangeable and installed on the housing equipment with the possibility of reinstalling. The simulator of the combustion chamber is installed after the pumping unit in front of the storage tank during autonomous tests of the supply system and is dismantled during fire tests of the propulsion system.
EFFECT: invention provides for the improvement of the design and technological characteristics of the bench when testing the supply system of the rocket fuel used, taking into account the characteristics of its composition.
