Then the patient is taken to the diagnostic window. At the same time, in case of an acute change in the mental status or its fluctuation in combination with inattention, or disorganized thinking, or a violation of the level of consciousness, repeated administration of mannitol at a dose of 1 g/kg/day is carried out against the background of drug sedation by intravenous administration of propofol at a dose of 1 mg/kg/h for 24 hours. Treatment is continued until there are no signs of acute mental status disorders in the patient, but not more than 10 days.
