The absorbing medium layer is located between the upper layer and the outer layer. The absorbing medium layer has the first and the second longitudinal edges and the first and the second transverse edges. The absorbing medium layer has first section (130a), (130b) and second section (130b), (130a) on one of sides of transverse line (L) of the perineum. In this case, the absorbing medium layer is provided with several connecting zones, in which the upper sheet wrapping the medium layer is connected to the lower sheet wrapping the medium layer.
