SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for grinding and dosing root crops used in production lines for the preparation of feed on livestock farms and complexes. The grinder-dispenser contains a grinder having a cylindrical body 1 with a replaceable block 2 of knives 3, and a dispenser, inside the grinder body 1 a screw 4 with a constant pitch is vertically located, driven by a gear motor through a chain transmission. The motor-reducer is attached to the base plate, one end of which has a hinged connection, and the other, by means of two hinged bolts with four nuts and washers, lowers and raises the base plate with the possibility of tensioning the chain drive. An L-shaped bracket 13 is rigidly attached to the outer diameter of the chopper body 1, having four arcuate holes in the upper part for quick removal and installation of the dispenser, the body 15 of which is attached to the L-shaped bracket 13 using four bolts 16 having a square cross section, and nuts to fix it. At the same time, on the side of the L-shaped profile along the perimeter there are four arcuate holes for rotating the housing 15 of the dispenser relative to the fixed housing 1 of the grinder at an angle of up to 90°, and in the lower part of the conical housing 15 of the dispenser, the screw 18 rotates in two bearing supports, which is driven by an electric motor 19, having an end mount.

EFFECT: grinder-doser is characterized by constructive reliability and provides an increase in the quality of root crops chopping and the accuracy of dosing the finished product.
