FIELD: personal hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for manufacturing a brush head and to a brush head. The method for manufacturing the brush head includes a stage, at which one or more bundle holders having at least one holding element are formed. Each holding element has a hole passing through it. The method also includes following stages: placing holding elements of bundle holders in holes of a processing plate, loading a set of holding elements into corresponding recesses of a support plate, inserting a bundle of bristles into the hole of each holding element, fastening the near end of each bundle of bristles together with at least a section of the near side of each corresponding holding element to form a part of the head with connected near ends, which secures bundles of bristles and holding elements together in the form of combined bundle nodes, placing the base of a neck relatively to combined bundle nodes using a cavity in the support plate, and reshaping matrix material in a section of the cavity in the support plate to at least partially cover the base and the set of combined bundle nodes.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of manufacturing brush heads with bundles of bristles without fixing.
