SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is proposed: stamped brush heads and methods for the manufacture of a brush head by stamping. The method for the manufacture of a brush head includes a stage of stamping of a set of holes in substrate material. It also includes a stage of insertion of at least one bristle bundle into each hole in substrate material. The method also includes a stage of fastening of a near end of each bristle bundle with at least part of a near side of substrate material for creation of a part of the head with combined near ends, which fastens the bristle bundle with substrate material to form a combined bundle node. The method also includes a stage of cut out of at least one holder element containing at least one combined bundle node from substrate material. The method also includes a stage of placement of a flat base of a neck relatively to at least one element of the holder of combined bundle nodes. The method also includes a stage of casting under pressure of matrix material around the flat base and the element of the holder of combined bundle nodes in such a way that matrix material at least partially embraces the flat base and elements of holders of combined bundle nodes.

EFFECT: improvement of characteristics of retention of bristle bundles.
