FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for manufacturing a welded bundle assembly for a brush head and to a brush head. Method of producing a welded bundle assembly for a brush head includes: inserting at least one bundle of bristles into a hole in a retaining element, forming a cover covering part of the head with the connected near ends of the retaining element and the beam, wherein the cover is made of a material permeable for laser welding, and laser welding of the near end of the bristle bundle and the near side of the holding member for at least partial fusion of the bristle bundle and at least part of the near side of the holding member to create part of head with connected near ends, which holds welded assembly of beams together.
EFFECT: uniform fusion and improved adhesion of bristles and retaining elements.
