FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to feed production, and can be used in the production of protein-vitamin granulated product. When producing a protein-vitamin product, a barley meal is used as the grain component, and as a binder – soybean-pumpkin paste with the ratio (parts by weight) heat-treated non-soybean meal: crushed pumpkin as 1:4. Mixing of the components is made during the disintegration of barley grains in a medium of soybean-pumpkin binder at a ratio (weight parts) barley grits: soybean-pumpkin paste as 1:2. Mixture is then granulated. Resulting granules are dried.
EFFECT: usage of the invention will increase the biological value of the finished product, which has antioxidant properties and has a high strength of the granules.
