FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: in an operational amplifier with a low zero offset voltage on complementary field-effect transistors, first (12) current-stabilizing two-pole is implemented on first (19) additional field-effect transistor, a gate of which is connected to a source of first (13) output field-effect transistor, a drain is connected to second (11) bus of a power supply source, and a source is connected to the source of first (13) output field-effect transistor through first (20) additional resistor. Similarly, second (18) current-stabilizing two-pole, reference current source (10), third (25) additional current-stabilizing two-pole, fourth (28) current-stabilizing two-pole, and fifth (31) current-stabilizing two-pole are implemented in the circuit.

EFFECT: reduction in a systematic component of zero offset voltage, which has a positive effect on static parameters of many analog interfaces based on the op-amp.
