FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used as a low-noise device for amplifying analog signals in the structure of analog interfaces for various functional purposes, including those operating in a wide range of temperatures and exposure to radiation. In this case, a positive effect is provided due to the special construction of the input differential stage of the OA and the “bent” cascode. An operational amplifier based on a "kinked" cascode and complementary field-effect transistors contains an input differential stage (1) on field-effect transistors, the first (8) output field-effect transistor, the second (9) output field-effect transistor, the first (10) current-stabilizing two-terminal field-effect transistor, the second (12) current-stabilizing two-terminal field-effect transistor, dynamic load circuit (13), first and second power supply buses.
EFFECT: creation of conditions under which small values of the systematic component of the zero bias voltage are realized in the OA.
