FIELD: casting.
SUBSTANCE: device relates to the technology of preparation of antifriction bronzes, including tin-lead; it can be used to produce castings by continuous casting upwards. The device is made with the possibility of being placed in a crucible with a refined alloy, and it contains a submerged working part with gas supply holes with a diameter of no more than 3 mm located on the side not facing the bottom of the crucible, curved with the possibility of placing it in a working position parallel to the bottom of the crucible and connected to a supply part, which is connected to one or more containers with inert gas or a gas mixture using a hose through devices for automatic regulation of gas supply, made in the form of fittings and regulators with rotameters. The device differs in that the working part is made in the form of a ring made of refractory material that is chemically inert relatively to the alloy, as which graphite is used, while gas supply holes are placed at a distance of 3-25 mm from each other.
EFFECT: invention ensures the production of alloys free from gas defects and with a minimum number of non-metallic inclusions.
