FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating, in particular to the field of spintronics. The method includes the manufacture of a track polymer matrix having through channels-pores, the creation of a copper layer on one of the matrix surfaces in two stages, the first is thermally applied the first thin layer of copper, and the second is electroplated, while the electrolyte consists of a mixture of aqueous solutions of magnetic and non-magnetic metal salts, the matrix is placed in a cell filled with a mixture of electrolytes and connected to a programmable current source to supply a cyclically varying voltage to the cell. At the same time, the rotation of the cell synchronized with the voltage change in the field of a permanent magnet is carried out, upon reaching a given number of layers of nanowires, the voltage supply is stopped and the matrix with nanowires is removed from the cell. The device contains a cell with an electrolyte, in which a matrix with a conductive layer of copper is placed, which performs the function of an electrode. This layer and the second electrode are connected to a programmable potentiostat-galvanostat connected to the control unit, the cell is placed between the poles of the magnet with the possibility of rotation by means of a servo connected to a microcontroller, which is electrically connected to the control unit and the potentiostat-galvanostat.
EFFECT: possibility of efficient production of spintronic layered nanowires from ferromagnetic materials with a programmable structure.
