FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to support systems of a case of a melt localization device. The support system contains lower and upper supports. The lower support consists of radial supports located in the lower part of the case. The upper support contains turnbuckles with rods. Holes in the form of hyperbolic surfaces are made at ends of rods to connect the case to embedded plates by means of fasteners. Turnbuckles are installed in pairs relatively to the case in such a way that the longitudinal axis of each radial support passes in the projection at an equidistant distance from attachment points of paired turnbuckles. Flanged stops are installed in lugs of rods of each turnbuckle, connected to each other by means of flat bent pins fixed by means of fasteners on flanged stops. Each flat bent pin has two flat bends located in the same plane, providing attachment to flange stops with axis offset. The axis passes through ends of the flat bent pin at a flat angle relatively to the projection of the turnbuckle axis on the plane of the flat bent pin.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the melt localization device is achieved.
