FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to the support systems of the housing of the melt localization device. The support system includes a lower support, an upper support. The lower support consists of radial supports located in the lower part of the housing. The upper support contains lanyards, each of which contains an adjusting nut connecting the rods. At the ends of the rods, holes are made in the form of hyperbolic surfaces for connecting the housing with the embedded plates by means of fasteners. Said lanyards are installed tangentially to the body in pairs in such a way that the longitudinal axis of each radial support passes in the projection at an equidistant distance from the attachment points of the paired lanyards. In the eyes of the rods of each turnbuckle, flange stops are additionally installed, connected to each other by means of straight studs, fixed by means of fasteners, and installed parallel to each other with pretension.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the melt localization device.
