FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound produced by means of a method including the following stages of: (i) conducting a reaction between at least one isocyanate-containing compound in stoichiometric excess and a first isocyanate-reactive compound characterised by a number average molecular weight of less than 400 g/mol, resulting in production of at least one prepolymer, (ii) conducting a reaction between said prepolymer in stoichiometric excess and a second isocyanate-reactive compound characterised by a number average molecular weight equal to or greater than 400 g/mol, resulting in production of a modified prepolymer, (iii) conducting a reaction between said modified prepolymer and a hydroxyl ester compound, or a hydroxyl acid compound in order to produce a prepolymer containing hydroxyl ester terminal groups, or a prepolymer containing hydroxyl acid terminal groups, and closing the cycle for said prepolymer containing hydroxyl ester terminal groups, or prepolymer containing hydroxyl acid terminal groups, (iv) producing the above compound formed from a prepolymer containing oxazolidinedione terminal groups and a monomer containing oxazolidinedione terminal groups, soluble in the above prepolymer containing oxazolidinedione terminal groups.
EFFECT: resulting compound is characterised by higher functional capability and is produced by means of a cost-effective, more simple and convenient method.
