SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for applying an antimicrobial agent, more specifically to a system for applying an antimicrobial agent with recirculation elements for use in relation to food products, surfaces and other elements related to the recycling of food products. A method for capturing an antimicrobial component from an antimicrobial solution includes filtration of a solid component from the antimicrobial solution using the first filter connected to a capturing line to transfer the antimicrobial solution to the first filter; transportation of the antimicrobial solution from the first filter to the second filter; filtration of the antimicrobial component from the antimicrobial solution using the second filter. The first filter is a shielding filter with a case made with the possibility of rotation, wherein the case contains an annular wall with an inward-facing surface forming a channel for receiving the antimicrobial solution from the capturing line. The annular wall contains a filtering section with a set of holes along the inward-facing surface, passing through the annular wall to filter the solid component of the antimicrobial solution, when the antimicrobial solution comes to it from the capturing line, and a band section with a continuous surface along the inward-facing surface, passing around the channel. The band section is made with the possibility of receiving the antimicrobial solution from the capturing line to the continuous surface before the antimicrobial solution passes to the filtering section.

EFFECT: increase in the quality of purification of the antimicrobial solution.
