Method comprises: receiving data from vehicle parameters sensors and comparing them with vehicle reference data, installation of a diagnostic terminal on a vehicle, checking the installation of the diagnostic equipment on the vehicle, authorizing the user in the mobile application for technical inspection, transmitting data containing a photograph of vehicle units and assemblies to a neural network classifier of a server, checking data arrival to the server, receiving by the on-board diagnostic terminal data on the presence of errors in the on-board systems, transmission by the on-board diagnostic terminal to the telematic data receiving unit of the on-board systems state parameters, checking correctness of recording data on on-board systems state parameters to the server, photo processing in neural network classifier, containing modules, each of which is trained to classify only photographs of a specific vehicle assembly or unit; processing, by the server data evaluation unit, the result of requesting the state of the on-board systems for detecting a fault, transmitting the photo processing result through the web interface to the users and recording the results; analysis of technical condition of unit or unit.

EFFECT: improving the quality of checking the technical condition of vehicles released onto the line.
