SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, to an external fixation system of biocompatible composite polymer material for transosseous osteosynthesis and can be used in treating patients in traumatological and orthopaedics, surgical and other hospitals. External fixation system of biocompatible composite polymer material for transosseous osteosynthesis comprises circular flat supports with holes, semi-ring flat supports with holes with different deflection angle, flat sectors with holes, arched holes, vertical threaded and smooth connecting bars, plates with holes, fixing bolts, brackets, fixing nuts, fixing rods and pins, distraction rods, clamps, reposition units, assembly joints, planks, beams, fasteners and bone retainer clamps. Ring flat supports with holes, semi-ring flat supports with holes with different deflection angle, flat sectors with holes, arched holes, vertical threaded and smooth connecting bars, plates with holes, fixation bolts, brackets, fixation nuts, distraction rods, clamps, reposition assemblies, nodal joints, planks, beams, fasteners and bone retainer clamps are made of biocompatible polyamide-based composite polymer material containing carbon fibre as fibrous filler, and the polyamide of the composite polymeric composite material base contains a polyamide selected from a group of polycaproamide (polyamide 6), poly(hexamethylene adipamide) (polyamide 66), polyhexamethylene sebacinamide (polyamide 610), polyhexamethylenedodecane diamide (polyamide 612), polyundecanamide (polyamide 11) and polydodecaamide (polyamide 12), with the following quantitative content of components, wt. %: carbon fibre 9.5-38.5, polyamide base - balance up to 100 %.

EFFECT: invention provides a significant reduction in the weight of the elements of the external fixation structure, increases comfort of the patient using the external fixation structure elements, provides X-translucence of external fixation elements used in transosseous osteosynthesis, provides required biological inertness, simple mounting and dismantling in practical use of elements of external fixation, as well as reduced length of rehabilitation of patient with return to normal lifestyle with simultaneous improvement of patient's quality of life.
