FIELD: digital circuitry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. An asynchronous D flip-flop contains four transistors, five resistors, and two DC voltage supplies. In this case, the external load circuit is formed using two transistors of different types of conductivity, and the external load current is determined by the sum of the currents of these transistors.
EFFECT: providing an asynchronous D trigger, characterized by an increased load capacity with a relative simplicity of the circuit design.
