SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for the distribution of solid deicing material on sidewalks and can be used to control and manage the quality of anti-icing treatment of sidewalks. The method for monitoring and ensuring the quality of deicing treatment of the surface of the pavement and sidewalk by a machine with a disk distributor is that an on-board control system with a microcontroller is used during operation, data on the operating parameters of the machine equipment, such as the speed of the machine, the rotational speed of the distribution disk with blades mounted on it, the installation height are entered into the memory block of which the disk above the coating, the angle of inclination of the disk relative to the axis of its rotation, data on the physico-chemical properties of deicing materials. Also, distribution quality indicators are added to the memory block, such as the required processing width and the norm of distribution density of deicing materials per unit area of coverage. At the same time, with the help of sensors, the speed of movement of the machine, the consumption of deicing materials, the angular speed of rotation, as well as angular and linear movements of the distribution disk, wind speed and direction are measured. When working, a device is used to take the disk outside the contour of the machine and take into account the impact on the processing strip of the wind load. Additionally, during operation, a symmetrical supply of solid deicing material from the hopper is provided to each area of the disk bounded by two blades. In the equipment of the machine, a guide device is additionally used in the form of a tray with an annular section of the outlet for the supply of deicing material, ensuring equality of the volumes of material simultaneously supplied to the disk. At the same time, a description of the mathematical model of the distribution process of solid deicing material with a symmetrical method for feeding to the disk and a numerical criterion for the quality of distribution, namely the maximum permissible degree of transverse deformation of the processing strip, as well as data on the geometric parameters of the equipment, such as the volume of the hopper, the inner and outer radii of the tray, the length of the remote rod, and the height of the blades of the disk are introduced into the memory block of the onboard control system. During the distribution of deicing material, the degree of transverse deformation of the processing strip is continuously evaluated, which is defined as the difference in the values of the width of the processing strip when exposed to wind load and in the absence of the latter, attributed to the value of the width of the processing strip in the absence of wind load. The calculated and actual values of the indicators and quality criteria of the distribution are compared and, if there is a discrepancy between them, the procedure for changing the operating parameters of disk equipment is carried out, aimed at achieving the required values of indicators and quality criteria, using data previously entered into the memory block on the operating and geometric parameters of the equipment, as well as data on the physicochemical properties of deicing materials and measured the values of the speed and direction of the current wind.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the quality of the distribution of particles of solid deicing material on the surface.
