SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely surgical dentistry. At the first stage of the study, 20 minutes after ingestion of 8 drops of 1% pilocarpine solution, saliva is taken from the right parotid gland with a Lashley-Krasnogorsky capsule, from the left parotid gland with a polyethylene anesthetic catheter. Saliva sampling is carried out for 20 minutes. A week after the first stage of sialometry, the second stage of sialometry is performed: saliva is taken from the right parotid gland with a plastic anesthetic catheter, from the left parotid gland with a Lashley-Krasnogorsky capsule for 20 minutes. After that, a comparative analysis of the indicators is carried out.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to create conditions for an objective analysis of the indicators of the secretory function of the parotid glands, eliminate technological measurement errors in the statics and dynamics of the study.
