FIELD: virology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of virology. A set of primers for detecting a new type of COVID-19 coronavirus is described, including two pairs of specific primers, including the following nucleotide sequences: a pair of specific primers for a fragment of the ORF1ab virus gene: ORF1ab-F: as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, ORF1ab-R: as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2; a pair of specific primers for the N segment of the virus gene: N-F: as shown in SEQ ID NO: 3, N-R: as shown in SEQ ID NO: 4. A set for detecting a new type of coronavirus COVID-19 is also described, including the specified set of primers for detecting a new type of coronavirus, as well as a pair of primers of the internal standard and a probe of the internal standard, of which the nucleotide sequence of a pair of primers of the internal standard is as follows: RNP-F: as shown in SEQ ID NO: 7, RNP-R: as shown in SEQ ID NO: 8; the nucleotide sequence of the probe of the internal standard is as follows: RNP-P: as shown in SEQ ID NO: 9.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for detecting SARS-CoV-2.
