FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely radiology, and can be used to deliver a therapeutic dose for inhaled low-dose radionuclide therapy in patients with COVID-19. The radiation dose is administered by inhalation by the patient for 2 minutes of an ultrafine aerosol of carbon nanoparticles labeled with 99mTc, obtained by loading a sodium pertechnetate solution with a specific activity of at least 12 GBq into the crucible of the generator.
EFFECT: method provides the delivery of a therapeutic dose for low-dose radionuclide therapy due to the inhalation of the radiation dose.
