FIELD: metal working.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for thermochemical treatment of a cast single-crystal blade made of nickel alloy for gas turbines. The method includes heat treatment and diffusion aluminising, wherein the blade is subjected to homogenisation and quenching as heat treatment, followed by placing the blade in a container, covering with a charge mixture containing aluminium and nickel, and subsequent diffusion aluminising of the blade is executed at an aluminising temperature corresponding to the ageing temperature of the alloy, under the impact of compression deformation along the axis of the blade with a compressive stress σ=(0.3 to 0.7)·σT, wherein σ is the compressive stress, MPa, σT is the yield strength, MPa, and with a loading rate less than 10-3%/s-1.

EFFECT: creation of a method for thermochemical treatment of cast single-crystal blades made of nickel alloys providing high values of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
