SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. After surgical intervention in the nasal cavity, autofluorescence endoscopy is performed on the 14^th, 30^th day, as well as 3 and 12 months after surgical treatment. Based on the tint of the flap in autofluorescence mode, the engraftment of local flaps is evaluated. At the same time, with satisfactory healing, a greenish tint is revealed, with complete vascularization, a bluish-purple tint, with tissue ischemia, a whitish tint, with signs of biodegradation, an orange tint.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to assess the functional viability of local flaps, monitor the process of their engraftment at various follow-up periods, and predict long-term treatment results after intra-nasal surgical interventions.
