EFFECT: method allows to improve the epithelization of the mucous membrane edges of the nasal septum perforation in the preoperative period, increases the efficiency of the plastic closure of the nasal septum perforation and reduces the risk of postoperative complications in the plastic closure of the nasal septum perforation.
