SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in suturing intraoperative mucoperichondrial ruptures during septoplasty. Under endotracheal anesthesia, under the control of 0° endoscope, a semi-penetrating incision is made in the nasal mucosa immediately before the curvature, the mucous membrane is separated, the curved osteocartilaginous fragment of the septum is isolated and resected, an endoscopic revision of the surgical field is carried out, and the discovered torn mucoperichondrial sheets are sutured under endoscopic control using the Chula kno sliding self-locking knot.
EFFECT: avoiding the formation of perforation of the nasal septum in the postoperative period, and, due to the self-fixing Chula knot, ensuring reliable fixation of the mucous membrane of the nasal septum.
