SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a combined furnace for the production of sodium-calcium glass. The combined furnace for the production of sodium-calcium glass contains an industrial glass-melting furnace containing a tank for molten glass, a heating combustion chamber located above the tank, and a channel for flue gas removal in communication with the specified heating chamber, and a stone furnace containing a chamber, a lower hole and an upper hole, containing a calcination zone intended for stone for calcination. At the same time, the calcination zone is tubular, a zone of supplying stone for calcination is located higher, and a zone of extracting calcinated stone is located lower. In this case, the channel for flue gas removal contains an outlet for flue gases that is connected to the zone of calcination of stone for calcination, and supplies flue gases to the zone of calcination of stone for calcination. A method for stone calcination is disclosed for obtaining sodium-calcium glass in the mentioned furnace, in which flue combustion gases from the channel for flue gas removal are supplied to the calcination zone downstream relatively to the heating chamber of the industrial glass-melting furnace containing the tank for molten glass and the specified channel for flue gas removal in communication with the heating chamber, when heating the glass-melting furnace.

EFFECT: reduction in energy consumption relatively to the mass of produced glass is achieved.
