FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of the formula I or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts that have a capability of activating glucocerebrosidase and can be used for the treatment of disorders, such as Gaucher disease, Parkinson’s disease and Lewy body disease. In the formula I, R1A is C1-C6 alkyl, 3-10-element heterocyclil or 6-element aryl, where heterocyclil is a saturated, partially unsaturated or aromatic 3-10-element ring structure that includes from 1 to 4 heteroatoms, each of which is independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, and where heterocyclil and aryl are optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 substituents independently selected from a group consisting of halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy and cyano; R1B, in each case, is independently C1-C6 alkyl or halogen; R2 is hydrogen; R3 is hydrogen; R4 is one of the following: C3-C8 cycloalkyl or partially unsaturated 9-10-element bicyclic carbocyclil, each of which optionally contains 1, 2 or 3 substituents independently selected from a group including C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy group and C2-C4 alkynyl; or C1-6 alkyl or C2-6 alkynyl; Y is a bond, C1-C6 halogenalkylene or C1-C6 alkylene optionally substituted with C3-C6 cycloalkylene; and n is equal to 1. The invention also relates to different options of the specified compounds, a pharmaceutical composition including them, and a method for the treatment of a disorder selected from a group including Gaucher disease, Parkinson’s disease and Lewy body disease.
EFFECT: obtaining a compound for the treatment of Gaucher disease, Parkinson’s disease and Lewy body disease.
