SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to devices for preventive control of autonomous electric power systems (AEPS). The effect is achieved by the fact that at the time of detection of a malfunction of the AEPS, the nature of the change in the load of the network is assessed, and if the load increases, then a ban on preliminary control is carried out. For these purposes, the AEPS operation mode control unit is used. On the other hand, in order to prevent an increase in the load of the AEPS during the preliminary control, the proposed invention uses a blocking block for turning on consumers, which prohibits the connection of consumers until the signal about the malfunction of the AEPS disappears.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the operation of the AEPS preventive control device by eliminating the formation of a signal to turn off a group of consumers with an increase in the load of the AEPS.
