SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The intraoral endoscope includes a housing having an optically transparent protective window located on the working end of the housing, made with the possibility of being located intraorally. Inside the housing, opposite the window, there is an optical sensor connected to a microprocessor, a backlight. The housing is connected by an air flow supply tube to a compressed air supply source located outside the housing. In this case, the housing has a hole in the housing for air supply to the outer surface of the protective window. There is a diffuser inside the hole in the air supply housing. The diffuser is designed with the possibility of creating an air jet forming an air curtain and having an outlet flow velocity in the range of 6-50 m/s and forming an angle of 0-15° with the plane of the transparent protective window.

EFFECT: application of this invention will make it possible to exclude the ingress of typical contamination particles on the surface of the protective window during the preparation of living solid tissues of the patient.
