SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for purification of polypeptide containing Fc-region (for example, an antibody) by chromatography based on binding with protein A. In the method for purification of polypeptide containing Fc-region, a washing solution is used, containing benzoate salt and/or benzyl alcohol, during chromatography based on binding with protein A. A method for purification of polypeptide containing Fc-region is also proposed, in which collected material, which contains polypeptide containing Fc-region, is corrected using sodium benzoate before chromatography based on binding with protein A.
EFFECT: methods allow for improvement of polypeptide purification from impurities.
