SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used as a device for controlling the flow of a working agent pumped through a pipeline, in particular through the wellhead Christmas tree of an oil and gas well. The device for controlling the flow of the working agent contains a drive 1 and two cylindrical half-shells 2, 3 with round passage sections. A cam ring 4 is clamped between the semi-hulls 2, 3, closed on both sides by rubber cuffs 5, 6. Inside the semi-housing 2 is the inner housing 7 of the diaphragm mechanism. Along the grooves of the cam ring 4 with the possibility of longitudinal movement by sliding, guide skis 18 are placed, rigidly fixed on triangular plates 19 with a semicircular base, which in turn are fixed on one of the ends of the petals 20. Petals 20 have the possibility of longitudinal movement relative to each other. In each of the petals 20 there is a hole, inside which a support rod 22 is placed coaxially with the possibility of rotation, which is fixedly fixed on each of the above-mentioned cams 14. Means are provided for simultaneous rotation of the support rods 22 around the petals 20 during the radial movement of these rods 22 by sliding in the grooves of the Cam ring 4 through the guide skis 18 between the closed position, in which the petals 20 are oriented radially to overlap the flow section, and the open position, in which the petals 20 are placed on the periphery of the passage section.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the manufacturability and reliability of the design of the device by simplifying the shape and increasing the thickness of the diaphragm blades, taking into account the smooth adjustment of the diameter of its flow section and the simultaneous centering of the flow of the working agent pumped through the pipeline, in particular through the wellhead Christmas tree of an oil and gas well.
