SUBSTANCE: equipment for electrochemical processing of a helical gear profile in the hole of a tubular workpiece of a single-screw pump for the manufacture of stators without an elastomer lining used in single-screw pumps for oil production from wells.
EFFECT: increasing the speed of electrochemical processing, reducing power consumption, increasing the accuracy of processing by improving heat removal, creating additional turbulence and increasing the efficiency of entrainment and cleaning of metal sludge from the interelectrode gap with an electrolyte flow to prevent short circuits in the interelectrode gap.
