SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the system of panoramic television observations of the UAV. The result is achieved by the fact that a ball bearing installed in a space that consists of a pixel-free region of the first and second photodetectors and an operator command demodulator are introduced into the composition of the television camera, providing sequential spatial movement of the photodetectors using the first and second electromagnet armature rotation blocks installed on the outer periphery of the first and second photodetectors, respectively, and the first block of rotation implements the spatial rotation of the first photodetector at an angle of 180 degrees, the second block implements the spatial rotation of the second photodetector at an angle of 180 degrees, so that the target of the first photodetector is placed symmetrically in the position opposite the third panoramic lens, and the target of the second photocopier symmetrically in the position opposite the fourth panoramic lens.
EFFECT: decrease of the number of photodetectors in the TV camera to two while retaining the possibility to monitor the video information of the panoramic view in the four layers of the environment.
