FIELD: meat processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the meat processing industry. The semi-finished meat-and-vegetable chopped functional product with prebiotic action contains duck meat, mechanically deboned chicken meat, carrots, white cabbage, sweet pepper, semolina, egg powder, soybean oil, wheat bran, breadcrumbs, edible salt, ground black pepper, drinking water. Wherein duck meat and mechanically deboned chicken meat are used as meat ingredients in a ratio of 6:1. The semi-finished product additionally contains beef collagen protein and milk molasses with lactulose "LaktuVet-1". The initial components are taken in the following ratio in wt.%: duck meat 31.5-32.1, mechanically deboned chicken meat 5.25-5.35, beef collagen protein 1.5-1.6, carrot 8.8-9.2, white cabbage 5.8-6.2, sweet pepper 6.8-7.2, semolina 5.8-6.2, milk molasses with lactulose "LaktuVet-1" 3.9-4.1, egg powder 2.0, soybean oil 2.0, breadcrumbs 3.0, wheat bran 2.0, table salt 1.2, ground black pepper 0.1, drinking water up to 100.
EFFECT: invention provides obtaining chopped meat-and-vegetable semi-finished product of functional orientation, balanced in chemical composition, with prebiotic properties, having high nutritional, biological and energy value, quality characteristics.
