SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the meat industry and can be used in catering. A liver pate is proposed, which is made from beef liver, or pork, or lamb, or veal, bacon, carrots, onions, bone broth, table salt, ground black pepper, mushroom powder from dried mushrooms, rapeseed oil and soybean oil, milk molasses in the form of powder, chicken skin and semolina, with the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: beef liver, or pork, or lamb, or veal - 24.0-25.0, carrots - 13.0-14.0, bacon -11.0-12.0, chicken skin - 8.0-9.0, rapeseed oil - 5.0-6.0, soybean oil 5.0-6.0, onion - 4.5, mushroom dried mushroom powder - 3.5-4.0, milk molasses in powder form - 4.0-5.0, semolina - 2.5, table salt - 1.1, ground black pepper - 0.042 and bone broth - the rest up to 100.
EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of a functionally oriented product with a prebiotic effect that expands the range of potential consumers, has a balanced nutrient composition, consistently high consumer properties, nutritional and biological value, organoleptic characteristics due to selected components, including those that reduce the cost of the product.
