FIELD: facing materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of facing materials and can be used in the building materials industry. The proposed method for the synthesis of glass silica includes the preparation of the charge components, the preparation of the mixture and its homogenization, pressing tiles and sintering at a temperature of 680°C. The preparation of the charge components is carried out by means of separate grinding of glass granulate and porcelain granules, from which the first mixture is obtained by mixing glass granulate grinding with colemanite and clay at a mass ratio of 15:1:5, respectively, as well as the second mixture of porcelain grinding with liquid glass at a ratio of 1:1, which is used in the average mixture in the amount of 20-30 wt.%. The tiles are sintered at a rate of 4.5 deg/min and held at the maximum temperature for three hours.
EFFECT: proposed invention consists in reducing the duration of the manufacturing process of the final product and in improving its quality indicators.
