FIELD: biologically active supplements.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of chitosan derivatives. A method for obtaining quaternized water-soluble chitosan derivatives under the action of ultrasound provides for the use of copper in acetic acid with a concentration of 1-20 mg/ml as a catalytic system, obtained by placing metallic copper on the bottom of the flask, used in the form of chips or wire in an amount of 100-200 mg per 6 ml of acetic acid. Synthesis is carried out under the action of ultrasound, 18-200 kHz, 50-300 W at room temperature for 5-30 minutes, previously adding to the solution of the azide derivative of chitosan N,N,N-triethylprop-2-in-1-ammonium bromide or N,N,N-trimethylprop-2-in-1-ammonium bromide, with subsequent planting in an organic solvent, dialysis and freeze-drying.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining a water-soluble derivative.
