FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry of biopolymers. Method of producing low-molecular oligomeric chitosan involves dissolving chitosan in an aqueous solution of an acid, which is represented by either acetic, or hydrochloric, or succinic, or ascorbic, or nicotinic, or benzoic acid. Sodium hexahanitrocobaltate (III) is added to the obtained solution, reaction is carried out in the temperature range of 50–80 °C for 2 hours, with the following ratio of components, wt%: chitosan – 0.3–10, acid – 0.1–6, sodium hexanitro-cobaltate (III) – 0.004–2, water – up to 100 %. Method of producing low-molecular oligomeric chitosan derivatives involves dissolving chitosan in an aqueous solution of an acid, which is either acetic or hydrochloric, or succinic, or ascorbic, or nicotinic, or benzoic acid, then obtained solution is mixed with synthetic monomer. Monomer used is either 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate or N-vinylpyrrolidone or 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate or lactide or glycolide or acrylamide or arylonitrile. Hexane nitrocobaltate (III) of sodium is added to the obtained solution. Method comprises reacting at temperature of 50–80 °C for 2–3 hours. Following ratio of components, wt%: chitosan – 0.3–10, acid – 0.1–6, synthetic monomer – 0.2–5, sodium hexanitro-cobaltate (III) – 0.004–2, water – up to 100.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the synthesis process and shortens its duration.
